Georgian     Khachapuri      


Ingredients:
1 kgof flour 
500g of cheese
1 egg
1 teaspoon of oil 
1 g yeast
50g margarine

Method: 
1.Make the soft dough from the flour,yeast and some water. Make the dough flat.
2.Mix the grated cheese and an egg and put it on the dough.Then bring the ends of the dough together and make it flat once more.
3. Put the oil on the warm frying-pan
4. Put the dough with the cheese filling on the warm frying-pan,and bake it for 15-20 minutes
5. When it is baked, put it on the plate, cut into six or eight slices and serve it.


Khinkali  

Ingredients: 1. Flour 1kg
                       2. A little salt
                        3.water
                        4.minced or chopped beef 1 kg
                        5.two onions
                         6.pepper

Method:
1.Make soft dough with flour, water and a little salt.
2.Make the dough flat and cut out small round pieces.
3.Make the small pieces flat to.
4.Prepare the filling:   mix minced or chopped beef,   some salt, pepper and two onions chopped thin.
5.Put the teaspoon of meat filling onto a piece of small flat dough and bind It at the top.
6. Put the prepared khinkali into hot boiling water where you put some salt as well.
7. When the khinkali flows up on the surface of the water,    it is ready, you can take them out and serve with ground black papper.


Pizza


 Ingredients:
·         1 standard-sized bagel, cut in half
·         tomato sauce
·         shredded mozzarella cheese
·         toppings like diced green pepper, chopped onion, or chopped tomato (whatever you like)
·         seasonings like oregano, basil, and pepper
Utensils:
·         oven (you'll need help from your adult assistant)
·         knife (you'll need help from your adult assistant)
·         baking sheet
Directions:
1.    Preheat the oven to 325° F.
2.    Spread tomato sauce on each bagel half.
3.    Sprinkle the shredded cheese all over the tomato sauce on each half.
4.    Add your favorite toppings.
5.    Put a light sprinkling of seasonings on each half.
6.    Put your bagel halves on the baking sheet.
7.    Bake in the oven on low heat for about 5 to 8 minutes. You'll know they're done when the cheese is bubbly.
Let it cool for a minute, then enjoy your tiny pizzas

Mtsvadi



Cut some pork on average pieces, put them in the bowl, sprinkle some black pepper, salt, onions cut in rings and cover the bowl with a lid for 2-3 hours. Then put the pieces on the grill pan and roast on a low temperature for some minutes.
